Applications with LinkedIn to improve your application rate

Having the apply with LinkedIn capability allows candidates to place a 'speculative application' and greatly increases the conversion rate of the job advert, it does this by allowing candidates who may not have a Resume ready to submit their LinkedIn profile for review. 

You may notice such applications as having no physical CV on the application, however they will have a LinkedIn profile URL for review.  In the scenario where a candidates LinkedIn profile appears relevant for the role you are working on you can of course request a written CV.

If clients require we can turn the  'Apply with LinkedIn' feature off, but we must note that you are likely see a slight drop in the conversion rate of your job adverts.
