How to add new users to the Refari platform

When adding a new user to Refari, it is important to consider whether you have an integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. If you do, we need to determine if the new user should be added to both Refari and your ATS/CRM. If the answer is yes, simply add the new user to your ATS/CRM and it will automatically sync with Refari (this typically takes about an hour to complete).

If you are not using an integrated ATS or this user is going to be a Refari user only, then Admin level users can add new users by simply navigating to https://app.refari.co/dashboard/company-users/ and pressing "Add Company User" at the top of the page.
