How to allocate job adverts to the correct Recruiter profiles with JobAdder

When posting Job adverts you may post them for yourself or a colleague. 

The application email may also be different to the job advert owner and it can start getting confusing. 

For Refari purposes, the Job Owner selected when posting a Job Advert within JobAdder is the Recruiter that will be allocated the job on their Refari profile   

We use the JobAdder 'Job Owner' as the unique identifier! 

So when posting a job to JobAdder like below, it's at this stage we must select the correct Job Owner.

As Steven Jones-Smith has been selected here, his profile will be the one that this job will be allocated to.

If we navigate back to our website and click on the Recruiter within the Meet The Team widget you will see underneath their profile the job(s) allocated to them.
