How to remove / expire job adverts on your Refari Job board

In most cases your job adverts on your Refari Job board have come from your integrated ATS/CRM product. In this situation you can simply expire the job-ad in your ATS/CRM product and the updated expiry time will flow through to your Refari account. 

It is worth noting that different ATS/CRM providers provide different synchronisation frequencies for such an action, the maximum frequency we encounter is 1 hour. In this event it will take 1hour for the job to be expired and therefore, removed, from your Refari Job board.  We would rather this be an instant process, but the limitation is not one within the Refari platform.

If you expire a job in your ATS/CRM and it takes longer than 1 hour to remove / expire the job on your Refari job board then please drop us a support ticket and we will investigate it.
