How to request a testimonial directly from a candidate or client

In some situations, there is a chance that a client contact or candidate was not sent the TopRec automated feedback request. It is of course rare, but it does happen. In this situation, we have a backup link that can be used to send to a recipient to request a rating and testimonial from them.
