Disabling the requirement for a Resume on application and registration

For some recruitment situations, a Resume is not required and can possibly be a hindrance to acquiring a candidate's details. In this scenario, you may want to turn off the Resume requirement to improve response rates on job adverts. 

This can be done by going to Settings / Company Settings and toggling on 'Allow Application/Registration without CV'
